Special Presidential Advisor for the Americas Christopher J. Dodd will lead a U.S. government delegation to visit Santiago, Chile, September 10-11, at the invitation of the Chilean government to join commemoration events on the 50th anniversary of the coup in Chile. During the visit, which he will conduct on behalf of President Biden, Special Presidential Advisor Dodd will participate in several official activities for visiting heads of delegation and attend the official commemoration ceremony at La Moneda on September 11.
