There were three press releases or notices published by the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Counterterrorism in April.

The most recent release, "Remarks at the International Institute for Justice and the Rule of Law (IIJ) REMVE Initiative: Roundtable on Addressing REMVE Radicalisation Within Security Services’ Ranks," was submitted on April 25.

The U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Counterterrorism published two the month before, marking a 50 percent increase for the current month.

The Bureau develops coordinated strategies and approaches to defeat terrorism abroad and secure the counterterrorism cooperation of international partners.

The State Department’s Counterterrorism Partnerships Fund was found to be a good example of how officials can better provide civilian counterterrorism assistance and training.
