Special Presidential Envoy for Hostage Affairs Roger Carstens will travel to Aspen, Colorado, from June 27-29. Special Envoy Carstens will join a panel discussion on hostage diplomacy at the Aspen Ideas Festival and engage with civil society leaders on matters related to the resolution of wrongful detention and hostage cases worldwide.
