Secretary of State Antony J. Blinken will participate in a conversation on the Biden-Harris Administration’s approach to foreign policy, including managing the relationship with China, the war in Ukraine, deepening America’s alliances and partnerships, and other U.S. priorities. The conversation will take place at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, June 28, 2023, at the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) in New York City and will be moderated by CFR President Richard Haass.

The event will be pooled for in-person press coverage and streamed live on the Department homepage and the Department YouTube channel.
