Mr. Masiyiwa served as Special Advisor to African Presidents on Food Security for the U.S.-Africa Leaders Summit. Administrator Power and Mr. Masiyiwa discussed how to spur economic growth across Africa including through increased private sector investment. They also discussed the new U.S.-Africa strategic partnership launched at the 2022 Summit and shared perspectives on Feed the Future and the need for sustained, robust support to global food security.
