Washington, D.C. - Following his trip to Northeast Asia, House Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Michael McCaul announced the full committee will hold a two-part session roundtable discussion focused on security and stability in the Indo-Pacific region and opportunities and challenges in implementing the advanced capabilities pillar of AUKUS on Tuesday, April 18th. Session I of this roundtable is a classified discussion with senior government representatives of the United Kingdom and Australia not open to the public.

What: Roundtable, Session II - Members will hear from representatives of three U.S. defense industry companies engaged in research and development of advanced capabilities with the governments of the U.S., UK and Australia.
