Ambassador Linda Thomas-Greenfield, U.S. Representative to the United Nations, met with Nicaraguan exiles and refugees today in Costa Rica. Ambassador Thomas-Greenfield emphasized the importance of the diaspora community in promoting fundamental freedoms in Nicaragua and thanked them for their bravery in the face of oppression by the Ortega-Murillo regime.
