Ambassador Linda Thomas-Greenfield, U.S. Representative to the United Nations, met today with Ghanaian President Nana Akufo-Addo. Building on Vice President Kamala Harris’ visit to Ghana, Ambassador Thomas-Greenfield and President Akufo-Addo pledged to continue partnering on the security situation in Mali, issues of shared concern at the United Nations, and the implementation of the U.S. Strategy to Prevent Conflict and Promote Stability.
