Let’s Come Out – Let’s Work Together is a three-year activity that will advance diversity, equity and inclusion in Serbia’s workplaces and business communities. By demonstrating that inclusion of all individuals, including LGBTQI+, yields positive effects for the economy, and educating and engaging the public to better understand the value and importance of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) standards for LGBTQI+ in the economic sector, the activity will improve the equity of disadvantaged communities, thereby increasing equitable prosperity and contributing to USAID’s overall goal of amore prosperous and democratic Serbia committed to European integration and self-reliance.
